Aron Baczoni, Founder & CEO

Hi, I’m Aron Baczoni

Founder of MarginOS

From Reactive Chores to Proactive Profit

Most Direct‑to‑Consumer brands are drowning in data and starving for profit. At Google, I spent over a decade not just looking at data, but building large‑scale, automated systems designed to find and extract value. Now I’m applying that same thinking to build an operating system for the only metric that truly matters: margin.

This didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in my kitchen.

My wife likes a specific coffee. We were always either buried in it or out the moment we needed it most. Why couldn’t the system learn our habits and just get it right?

The same frustration showed up everywhere. Why do I have to remember when to rotate my tires when my car knows exactly how many miles I’ve driven? In the age of AI, I was surrounded by systems that could only look in the rear‑view mirror.

That obsession took me from a personal annoyance to a much bigger problem: most brands operate like my coffee subscription. Completely reactive. And to make it worse, they celebrate top‑line revenue while profit quietly collapses in the background.

Why I Built MarginOS

I built MarginOS because I wanted the system I wish existed – for my life and for every founder who’s serious about their business.

"MarginOS is not another analytics tool. It’s a profitability command center for DTC brands. Where other platforms give you dashboards, we give you decisions."

We challenge the obsession with vanity metrics and anchor your business on what actually pays the bills: Lifetime Gross Profit (LTGP). Our Engines don’t just report on your business. They find hidden margin in your customer and product data and turn it into a growth engine you can control.

My background building scalable systems at Google, combined with an unhealthy obsession with efficiency, is what shaped MarginOS: a strategic asset for founders who’ve graduated from “growth at all costs” and want to build sustainable, defensible, highly profitable companies.

A Personal Note

When I’m not designing profit engines, I’m usually outside in Longmont, Colorado with my 7‑year‑old son, trying to build a campfire that actually stays lit. Being unplugged, answering his endless “whys”, is a good reminder of what this is really for: not just bigger numbers, but more time, more freedom, and being present for the moments that matter.

That’s the real “why” behind MarginOS. I know what it feels like to pour your soul into a business and feel the weight of every decision. My goal is to help other entrepreneurs build companies that serve their lives, not the other way around.

If that’s you, MarginOS exists to help you build a more profitable business and a richer life.
