Connect Shopify, your ad accounts, and 3PL to see true profit by SKU × channel, so you can decide exactly what to scale, fix, or shut off without guessing.
For DTC brands on Shopify that care more about profit than ROAS.
Works seamlessly with the systems you already use
Right after you connect your data, MarginOS gives you:
“If we can't surface at least 3 specific profit moves in your first week, you shouldn't keep using MarginOS.”
With MarginOS, you can:
MarginOS connects your Shopify, ads, and 3PL data into a single source of profit truth. Its Engines run in the background to find, quantify, and help you capture hidden margin from the customers and inventory you already have.
Open one screen and know what happened, what it cost you, and the three to five moves worth making today.
A rolling snapshot across revenue, true margin, customer economics, and inventory health, with Today's Top Moves and Risk Radar ranked by profit impact so you always work the highest-impact item first.
Know which channels and campaigns to pour more money into, which to pause, and which have tracking problems you must fix before touching spend.
Every channel carries a role, an attribution confidence level, and a recommendation, next to true contribution profit, CAC payback, and weeks of cover by product family × channel. When the tracking is the problem rather than the channel, MarginOS says so instead of telling you to cut.
Know exactly which SKUs to scale, fix, or retire, and how much profit each decision puts back in the business.
Every SKU lands in one of five profit classes with its next move already written. Fix bad or missing costs, map 3PL and shipping fees correctly, and watch SKU-level profit across the catalog. A SKU whose costs cannot be trusted is marked Unclassified rather than handed a confident verdict built on a default.
Catch a miss while you can still fix it, instead of finding out in a month-end review.
Set product and channel-level sales targets, then track plan against actual for revenue, contribution profit, units, and CAC payback, and reallocate spend where it actually moves margin.
Know which customers you must protect, which are quietly draining margin, and exactly how much profit is at risk if you do nothing.
Segments built on lifetime gross profit and margin, not opens and clicks. Value tiers and lifecycle stages come from your own store's buying rhythm, so "at risk" means late for that customer rather than late against a generic calendar.
In beta. The Explorer is live today, with a saved Segment Library and Replenish & Winback lists in active development.
Every customer lands in one tier
Tier boundaries are derived from your store's own margin floor, not a fixed industry benchmark.

Everything new plugs into the same profit model, so each addition makes the numbers you already trust more useful.
In active development right now: a saved Segment Library and Replenish & Winback lists inside Customer Profit, a read API and MCP server so your own tools and agents can query your profit model, and an Amazon integration. What we build after that is prioritised by the brands in our Founders Beta, not by a roadmap we wrote in a vacuum.
MarginOS is designed for founders and executives of high-growth DTC brands who are frustrated that top-line growth isn’t translating to bottom-line profit. You are past the “growth at all costs” mindset and are now focused on building a truly valuable enterprise.
You are a perfect fit if:
We follow modern security best practices. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We run regular vulnerability scans and work with third‑party security specialists to review our systems against the OWASP Top 10, CWE/SANS Top 25, and other relevant standards, with formal re‑verification at least once per year.
Data is processed and hosted in the USA. MarginOS complies with EU GDPR, Swiss FADP, and California CCPA. Our Data Processing Agreement explains exactly how we process data on your behalf and the safeguards we use to keep it secure.
MarginOS connects to Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and your 3PL with read‑only access. We cannot change your orders, campaigns, or warehouse settings from inside MarginOS. Your production systems remain under your control at all times.
You own your data. You can disconnect integrations at any time. If you want to leave MarginOS, you can request full tenant data deletion and we’ll remove your data from our systems within a defined SLA, with deletion events logged.
MarginOS has passed Google’s CASA Tier 2 security review and Meta's App Review process. We use least‑privilege scopes and follow strict platform policies for securely handling advertising and account data.
MarginOS is hosted on Railway, a modern cloud platform that provides isolation, monitoring, and hardened infrastructure. We combine that with strict internal access controls so only authorized personnel can access production systems when absolutely necessary.
If you are serious about building a truly profitable DTC brand, the first step is seeing your real profit picture.
On a short guided setup call, we will:
If we can’t show you at least 3 concrete ways to improve profit, don’t keep using MarginOS.
